What we do
We like Mid Century furniture especially if it is based on a good design or has a Scandinavian feel. We stock a range of chairs (Lounge and Dining), Tables, Sofas, Sideboards, as well as Textile, Glass and Ceramic items. Unless in perfect condition, we always try to fully refurbish our furniture before selling it. This may involve any of the below processes:
Stripping
Stripping back to wood by sanding - the only effective way we've found (never dipped or blasted as this damages the wood and loosens glued joints).
Repairing
Refinishing
Often using either Wax, Danish Oil, Paint or Shellac.
